Wilde Jam Writers Retreat (Jamaica)

Literary workshops for women, facilitated by women writers & poets from the UK, US and Jamaica.

Jam is a creative haven where women writers meet annually for two weeks in Negril, Jamaica. We invite women writers from around the world to join us for two weeks to write, explore and reflect.

Wilde Jam is a melting pot of creativity where female poets, writers, journalists, authors and broadcasters develop and share skills and knowledge in an effort to preserve our traditions. Have you ever wondered what contribution women of Caribbean origin are making to society, politics, cultures, and intellectual traditions? How is Caribbean womanhood defined and articulated? Who captures this information so that other women and children can share and learn from these experiences?
