Wilde Network

We were originally conceived to encourage literary skills and debate amongst under represented UK black women. Wilde now works to broaden its scope and spread our wings further afield to a variety of audiences.

"This is social work at its finest, where the pen is mightier than the sword."

Today our, Wilde Artists take their creativity to non-literary self development activities in schools, as well as in international projects spanning curious to budding writers in the community.

Our Wilde Projects include JustWrite creative writing workshops, the WildeJam Creative writing workshop retreat (Jamaica) and Creative Writing Prize for Jamaican locals. Aimed at school children and young people in the UK, Young, Gifted & Diverse encourages hands on multimedia production, whilst Free Me tackles circumstantial domestic challenges.

In the open arena, Wilde Stage spoken word and poetry events bring creativity and themed performance under the spotlight. Hosted by Wilde artists, they often feature popular guest writers and poets.

Wilde Media is our online source of literary interest, recommended reading and interviews & encounters with established and upcoming literary artists. It includes our Wilde Anthology of cross-activity creative works, which addresses our diverse audiences and aims to encourage new voices.
